Very satisfied with their service but found a cheaper company.

Shred Pro Secure LLC did a very good job and we were satisfied with their services. We used them for a while and we still use them but we just found out that there's another company nearby that's half the price so we have been using them since. Everything was fine but the only stressful part of it was how much the service was. Everything was good except for the price.

It's always important to vet all companies that will be given access to your sensitive material. Some important questions to ask: Is the company "NAID" Certified? Do they shred material on-site? How new/old is their equipment? How do they train and background check personnel? How do they protect you in the event of a data breach? Sometimes companies that price services well below the market average have trouble answering these types of questions which can put you, your company and your company's clients at a greater risk if something were to happen.
