This review is a little complicated because they weren't able to get all the stains out of our carpet. I'm not sure if it's them or if its the stains.

We called The Clean Advantage last year for a routine cleaning. There was a stain they weren't able to get out then, so that same stain is still there. Even on their most recent visit, they weren't able to get a stain out. We have a stain master carpet warranty on our carpet.

We have to use them because they are a preferred by the company that sold us the carpet. If I had a choice I *might* call another cleaning company. It's a tough call because personality wise the workers are all nice, friendly and easy to work with.
