Overall, I would rate the service from The Clean Advantage as five out of five stars. This was my first time using the company and I had no issues scheduling the work with this company. The technician performed the cleaning service on two carpets that hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years. I would definitely recommend this company to other people, and I will continue to use them.

There was one stain that didn't come out, but the worker is willing to come back and give it another try. I appreciate that the technician who came out for the initial service was nice and accommodating.
