The Clean Advantage participates in the warranty program with Sergenian's Floor Coverings. We have a 1yr spot removal service for our customers, if a stain doesn't come out, Mark and his techs are on a preferred list of companies we call on to get the stain out. We've been using Clean Advantage for about 3-4 years and we're completely satisfied with their service.

Mark is courteous and all techs are personable and professional. I know first hand because I've had them clean my own home. They take the utmost care to protect common areas, covering corners of sheetrock to protect from damage.
