They ultimately solved the problem so I was satisfied. They came when I called which made me satisfied. I just don't think I should have been charged for the unsuccessful visit on Saturday. The guy couldn't do it .
Little Tommy's Plumbing Shop, Inc. came out on Saturday, but the fellow who tried to solve our problem wasn't able to do it. On Monday, we got some more information from the person who takes care of our appliances, and he had a suggestion for the plumber to stop the leak. Based on that information, the second guy from Little Tommy's was able to solve the problem and do the job. I was unhappy that I was charged for the person who came out on Saturday and then charged again for the person who came out on Monday. After complaining, I got a twenty-five dollar discount on five hundred dollars worth of charges, Two hundred thirty-nine dollars for the Saturday emergency and two hundred twenty-nine dollars for the second trip when the problem was solved. I didn't think it was right that I was charged so much. I am a long time customer of Little Tommy's and have always been satisfied but felt that this was wrong.
