Incompetent
We have a touchless faucet that we have had for about five years. It has always worked well for us. Recently, it stopped working, as well as the water flow to the kitchen sink. So, we called Little Tommy's Plumbing Shop, Inc. We have used them in the past. The man they sent out told us that the sensor was out, and that we should call the manufacturer. He told us that those faucets were always a pain in the neck. That had not been our experience with the faucet at all. He did not offer to replace the sensor, or the faucet for us, and in fact, he said that he did not know how to fix it. He seemed somewhat surly, and he did not have the most pleasant personality. He seemed frustrated and upset. He did, however, get the water to flowing again. But basically we paid $300 for that.
