A situation developed with the plumbing of one of my rental units. Admittedly, maintenance had not been done over the years.

During the extreme cold snap in January, that plumbing situation hit. I needed a plumber, quickly. Made the call to Little Tommy's plumbing and a plumbing tech was onsite within 90 minutes.
