The hot water in my home wasn't working, so I called Little Tommy's Plumbing Shop to help out with the issue. The people in the office were very nice and easy to talk to. The plumber who came out was nice, but he seemed truly perplexed and couldn't figure out what was going on. It seemed like he was guessing what the issue was, but he wasn't able to pinpoint the problem. Soon after he left to get a machine, I was essentially able to fix the issue myself. I didn't mind paying the fee for the plumber to come out, but I didn't like that I had to pay almost 200 dollars for work that essentially resolved itself. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the company to other people.
