So I have referred them for years to friends and family and used myself. As of now that all ends. I referred them to my in laws for a leak to be fixed under a mobile home that i replaced all the siding panels and saw the leak, I left a panel off for access that's 6 feet to the leak and let me say this its a solid concrete foundation no dirt or anything but concrete and a dripping fresh water pipe leak my in laws retired and on a fixed income had this $@!#% come in and say do to the water on the concrete (fresh water mind you not waste or sewage) he would need to turn off water to house foe 3 days to let it dry to then fix or they pay a fee he put as difficult access. let me be clear. I called 3 other local plumbers and had them come out and chatted all of them were around 380 to 445 in price and i am ok with that and the work for the leak they charged was 421 dollar's. Here is where im done with this company and will never ever suggest anyone use them. This guy new he could screw my family over and talk his $@!#%. SO he put a Task code L513 Difficult Access charge of 726 Doller's. My in laws paid for less than a 1 hour job fix of a dripping pipe leak 1,147 dollars. In a open 8 foot panel on solid concrete with dripping fresh water calming difficult access and i had other Plummers # 3 to look over before i go there and go to war. All of them said the price was good for the work the 726 was a rip off and was all about a guy that didn't want to get a little wet. Your a Dam Plummer that's your job and have a dam tarp with you and it is concrete not mud or rocks concrete. I'm livid and I don't recommend this crooked company ever as they will screw over old people. I will Spend more time now making sure people know than i ever did sending referrals out. I feel bad because I told my father in law thie's are the ones to call. Never again.
