BF sent their new technician, Sammy, to conduct my annual plumbing evaluation. As he was unfamiliar with my house, I walked through all the areas with him. He pointed out some areas that may need addressing in the future and also those that were in very good condition. I felt he was knowledgeable in presenting the information and very pleasant.
