I have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in the past and they were fine. They are more expensive now but are willing to come out on weekends and nights which is convenient. My shower was leaking so I called them to fix it. They said they needed to replace the cartridge in the shower and charged me $500. I thought this was very expensive, so the next time I hired a different plumber. This new plumber told me that the shower was still leaking, and needed a few things replaced. This plumber said that Benjamin Franklin Plumbing only did a temporary fix that would stop the leak for a while. He was able to fix the problem correctly for half the price. When I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to tell them what had happened, the office worker was not apologetic and did not do anything about it. There was no sign of customer loyalty. The plumber they sent out was not the usual guy I get; he was younger and did not know where many things were and had to ask us many questions. I do not know what had happened with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing; they used to be a fine company. I will never use them again.
