My most recent experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was exactly what I've come to expect from them: high quality service from a very knowledgeable technician. The job was completed quickly and the gentleman was very courteous. He came in and inspected exactly what he said he would. After his work, he gave us the confidence that our systems were running smoothly and everything was fine. Benjamin Franklin is also great when things aren't working so well at my place. A while back, I used them to repair a water leak. The repairs that were completed then were also well done. I do have some current issues reaching out to One Hour Heat, who is associated with Benjamin Franklin--months ago, when the gentleman was here from Benjamin Franklin, I also paid him for a service I needed from One Hour Heat. I haven't heard back yet. But my experience with just Benjamin Franklin has been good.
