PJ did a wonderful job installing a new hot water heater. Although I was originally considering a tankless water heater, he was able to advise me of the pros and cons. Ended up relocating the water heater and he suggested additional things to prevent my downstairs neighbors from being flooded in event of malfunction. Very prompt, experienced and neat. Maybe a little pricey but worth it.
