Do not go to N Property Group when renting an apartment. They are completely unreliable and do not take care of urgent issues. My apartment had a dead mouse in it before we moved in and all they did was put in traps as we started moving in. After a month of living there, there has been two more mice found in the traps. We called their offices countless times and our calls all went straight to voicemail when they were OPEN. To be more effective, we decided to go straight to their offices personally to ask for an exterminator and all they did was take down my number saying they would take care of it as soon as possible and they never contacted me again. Do not rent through N Property Group they won’t fix anything that they are responsible for.
