I was originally happy about their service, but now I doubt it. Now I have a huge noise construction problem right next to my apartment (everyday from 6 am to 4 pm except Sunday), and I requested N property to do something for me. That is because I literally cannot reside this apartment. But staffs who communicated with me did not take it seriously, and did not do any action.
I even went to office to ask if I can get out from the lease, and then the staff simply said no. And then a staff recommended that n property can market the unit to find a person who can take over my lease. But I do not hear anything from them at all, and it is already 2 weeks. With these all evidences, I cannot trust this company anymore, and I feel that they just care about money (that is why they do not let me out from the lease with this non-inhabitable condition). No consideration at all.
