I have had a leak in my bathroom for over 16 months. I was told it would be repaired and contractors have come to look at it several times going back over a year ago. I'm just now finding out there was never any attempt to repair it and the contractors where just making estimates. Samantha who is supposed to be in charge of maintenance was extremely rude and hung the phone up on me when we spoke. She does not seem at all knowledgeable about property manangement or maintenance and has no concern or respect for tenants.
