Unprofessional, Poor Service and Communication
They were extremely hard to get a hold of. They did not take us seriously, and we had to keep submitting requests on the same problems before anyone came out to fix the problems. I don't recommend them. Also, I cleaned the apartment a lot and we still had lots of mice and cockroach problems. The kitchen should not be underground.
