Cardinal Kitchens and Flooring could be more communicative. They did not show up the first week they were scheduled, and they never called me, never emailed me, nothing. The Monday after the 4th of July, they said that they would show up on Friday and that there would be no problem. They showed up on Tuesday. The kicker was that the house went on the market on the 1st, and we had to hold off until the 7th. I just want people to know that they need to keep on top of them. Their workmanship is great but their customer service is not.
