I have a mixed review for Cardinal Flooring and Cabinets. I used them for carpeting in 3 of the bedrooms and to refinish the hard wood. In general, I am really happy with the finished work. However, there are a couple of spots on the hardwood that they missed. I contacted them and never received a response. They also charged the second payment without notification. The pricing was really fair but I would have liked a warning before it was withdrawn. Cardinal can work on their communication with customers.
