Beware of Home Aire Care!!!

Furnace stopped working, called and they quoted $99. to come out. Technician ended up condemning it and gave us a bill for $223.74. He told us that we would get $99. back if we buy their furnace. We didn't buy their furnace, a lot cheaper elsewhere. Contacted office next day and they said they'd get back to us, still no call. It pays to shop around.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and we are concerned that you are still unhappy. We had reached out to you on Jan. 30th and agreed that that technician should have only charged $99 since he could not repair and management would look after. We offered at that time to deduct the confirmed amount from the replacement OR..if you decided not to replace, we would mail you a cheque. We have been advised that you wanted the cheque mailed out and the paperwork has been submitted to get that out to you asap. Please get in touch with us to discuss how we can make this better for you, as last we spoke we thought we had come to a mutual agreement. We welcome the opportunity to compare apples to apples to your other estimate.
