I have used Bob Thomas twice, many years apart. Both experiences were positive. Most recently our mini van was repaired. Everyone we met was great. Randy Drew was our "guy" and he could not have done a better job. His approach and attitude are totally professional and courteous. Not overdone, just genuine. He knows what he is doing and is a great communicator.
