I have used Professional Carpet Systems Superior twice and have referred them to many others as a result of the wonderful service they provided. For the last service call, I needed them to clean and sterilize the upstairs carpeting. They responded quickly to my situation at hand and went above and beyond to get out to me. The circumstances were not good, and the technician that came out was incredible. He was very nice and helpful. He didn't act like I was inconveniencing them at all. Furthermore, he was professional in every way, and that is the way it should be. I think that they try to make sure all of their technicians have this same professional, caring attitude and it is so evident when they arrive. The cleaning was great, and I have absolutely no complaints at all.
