Highly recommend PCS!

Our realtor recommended we use PCS for our new rental. It was easy to book the date and time. Their technicians were on time, thorough (used a UV light to find hidden stains) and gave us some information we didn't know about the carpet (We did not purchase the carpet.).

PCS also helped us out with a pet emergency on new carpeting in our home! They responded back to us within 24 hrs, and even though they were fully booked, they fit us in. It's been a few weeks, and the stain has not reappeared like we've seen before with other carpet cleaners. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, took his time (even did the stairs for us for an additional charge!), and he left so fast we weren't able to give him a tip which we would have happily done!

We'll definitely be using PCS again for our rental and home!
