This was not the first time I used Professional Carpet Systems Superior. I had them do some spot cleaning on a carpet here at the house and they took a carpet to their office to be cleaned. They picked up and returned the rug they cleaned at their office on time and it turned out great. The spot cleaning they did here at the house also turned out great. The cleaners did a good job explaining what they would do and the process. They were thorough and considerate. They showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently. Their pricing is fair and they are an easy company to work with. I will continue to do business with Professional Carpet Systems Superior!
