Professional Carpet Systems Superior absolutely saved my carpet.
We were having remodeling done on the house and the contractor had put some tape on the carpets and when the tape was removed it looked as though dirt was left from the tape. These carpets are very light and it showed up in a big way. We called another company who came out and could not get the tape dirt off. The contractor who did the remodeling was good about paying for that service but we had to pay for Professional Carpet Systems Superior. These technicians, who showed up on time, and were extremely nice, worked very hard to get this off my carpets. They were on their hands and knees scrubbing this carpet to make sure every single bit of the dirt and muck were off. I cannot tell you how hard they worked! The carpet looks just as it did before the remodel and I could not be happier with the service!
