After I found them through an internet search, I reached out to Professional Carpet Systems Superior. They first came in and offered to take a carpet sample, in order to make sure they could clean the carpet well. The appointment was scheduled a week out, which had to suffer from us not being flexible with our time, and their schedules not being flexible, either. But when they came out, they did a good job, and our carpets were cleaned fairly well. I would absolutely consider using them again.
