I recently had my third experience working with Professional Carpet Systems Superior. The workers came to the home and worked for about 45 minutes. The charge for the service was pretty expensive and they didn't do that great of a job. Overall, the quality of the work was disappointing.

The staff was a very nice, young couple and they were friendly during the work. It was also easy setting up the appointment with them. But I had a much better experience the last time I used the company, when there were other employees who came out.

I would only recommend their service to other people depending on who ends up performing the job. However, I don't think that I would call them again for a future service.
