I really didn't know my carpet could look new again. We have a family of 6 with a dog. We live a lot of life in our home. The PCS team came in, identified some problem areas then went to work. No stains left, rooms smelled fresh and clean, fans to dry were left and picked up later. Really worth getting my carpets cleaned on a consistent basis to maintain the life of our flooring investment.
