I have 3 units serviced by Pass One Hour. I have been a customer for many years. Recently I had a problem with the ducts. James went to the location immediately and the next day the problem was fixed and put back better than before. Issac and his crew performed the work perfectly. I also am replacing the furnace and air at my home. James gave me the information and completely explained everything about the job. Pass has been a very good company to deal with and I am grateful for that.
