Ben serviced our furnace and A/C unit, discovering the A/C unit was in need of replacement parts. He was able to make those repairs on the spot, since he came fully prepared and had those parts with him, on his truck. In the past, David was our preferred service tech, but has since retired. Ben was able to demonstrate the skills necessary to service our both our furnace and A/C unit for our home, built in 1896, and we would prefer only he be sent in the future, as he is familiar and extremely capable of providing all necessary future service needs.
