Satisfied with service tech. Told him about ongoing problem with heating system only performing up stairs. He said he would notify office and they would try to resolve problem. Still haven't heard anything. This has been reported numerous times. I have stage 4 cancer and need to keep warm. Somehow survived winter with half the system working
