The service provider was knowledgeable and courteous -- they investigated the problem in my house (moisture by the roof) and helped me understand the reasons as well as fixed it. I am so glad I have this service--we had a new furnace installed a couple of years by them and previously they helped extend the life of the old one with regular servicing.
