I have been a customer of One Hour Heating for many, many years and I have always been extremely happy with their customer service, as well as the service of my furnace and air conditioner. I became a “club member” when I purchased my new system about 13 years ago and it brings many conveniences but the most important to me is a minimum amount per month which covers yearly service/maintenance of my furnace and my air conditioner and a discount on items such as filters; it’s a terrific program and one I recommend! In fact, One Hour’s Staff will call the customer, if the customer fails to remember to call to make arrangements for the recommended bi-annual check-up. Really great service from a great group of people and I highly recommend One Hour Heating! In fact, I have recommended to several neighbors who are now their customers after purchasing a furnace/air conditioning system!
