I called One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning because we were having a problem with our air conditioner. They put us on the schedule for that same day and gave us an arrival time window between one and five o'clock. When their workers got here, they diagnosed the issue and found the problem. They needed to replace a part, and thankfully they had one already in their truck so I didn't have to wait for one to be ordered. I was very pleased. I've been using them since they installed a Mitsubishi unit in a section of our home. The company is local, reliable, with comparable prices. They're not outrageous like others. We will continue to use them.
