I will be using One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning again. They tuned up one of my furnaces and replaced the other one because the heat exchanger was bad. I have no complaints whatsoever as everything is working as it should. They even made sure everything was working good. The technician came back to check. They were kind, courteous, and they kept me well informed. They kept everything nice and clean. They did neat work. If someone were interested in using One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning, I would tell that potential customer to use them. Their rates are very fair. And they get the job done quite well. When I was making the appointment, they called me and worked with me. They were professional as well as friendly. They were knowledgeable and respectful in my home. I would recommend One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning to my family and friends.
