I was fairly certain the blower motor had gone bad and was the root cause of it to stop during cooling and then heating cycles. Several other companies and places of business could not verify or told me it wasn't the motor. One Hour in Eighty Four was recommended to me by Jason and Anthony Lombardi. Ian came out and I was impressed with his knowledge and skill level! He also was very professional. He was able to verify the motor was the problem. Although I could have gotten a motor and replaced it myself, I felt comfortable in letting your company replace it. Ian wasn't available to replace it the next day but the repairman that did seemed quite competent and knowledgeable also. It's only been a day but I'm happy so far!
