I reached out to One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning for a check up on the heat pump they had installed about a year ago. The technicians who came out were very courteous. Their appointment scheduling is flexible, and I find their workers to be on time when they arrive, and very professional. Also, they are very friendly people who also clean up after themselves. They put those booties on their shoes to make sure everything stays clean. All in all, they are good employees, and I plan on using them in the future.
