I've been with one hour heating and cooling for a long time. I started with them 30 some years ago. One time my mom's basement was flooded and they were there within 15 minutes of my call. I never have to wait. I can call early in the morning and for me they've always been there the same day. If i have general questions, they'll answer it even if they don't need someone out. If I need air filters, they bring them out. They just came about 2 weeks ago because we had a problem with the furnace, which wasn't coming on. It turned out it had a fuse that needed to be replaced. They had it all up and running again in about 1.5 hours. It was perfect! Their pricing is very, very decent. If you have to choose someone for a heating or hi vac project, you need to go with One Hour. They're unbelievably good in all the fields they're in. They're very, very reliable.
