Your crew did excellent work and where very efficient, courteous, polite and well trained. The only thing is we did not receive any manuals on the add on heat pump that was installed. Also the gentlemen said tha a tech would be stopping by to check if the unit was connected correctlly for heat as he wasn't sure if it was connected correctly. We have not heard from anyone as of yet
