Brian H with Arco was simply amazing. No BS, no non-sense, got to the point. I had called out another heating and cooling company prior to calling ARCO and they basically took my $90 for "maintenance" an ran out the door. Brian took care in describing all of the issues my furnace has as it is a 22 year old unit. I just bought this house and needed someone to look at it to determine how to proceed with it. Brian used his camera to show me all of the damage inside the unit, decribed the issues and potential dangers. He even helped me negtiate a bit with the Home Owners Insurance company that the seller provided when I bought the house. ARCO then presented me with several options on how to proceed with purchasing and installing a new unit.

Brian came out a second time after I had to deal with the home owners insurace to take measurements and pictures. We needed to make some changes to the quote and thermostat options based on the house. Brian took grate care as to make sure none of these changes resulted in a price increase in the quote. As a matter of fact, it decreased slightly and I am still getting a system we discussed installed. I would highly recommend Brian H and hopefully the rest of ARCO's techs are like him as well.
