I started with this company back in 2006 when I called them for a quote on a new furnace and air conditioner. I had gotten quotes from other businesses in the area and these folks saved me from purchasing out of date equipment for my home! They were honest with what they were selling and took time to explain all the warranties and service agreements. Since installing both the furnace and the air conditioner, they come twice a year in the spring and in the fall for servicing. They are very prompt, although, on one occasion they had me scheduled for noon and the service technician did not show up until 7:00 p.m., and he was extremely tired. That was the only time they did not arrive on time. I have a venting pipe that runs from inside the house to outside the house which was leaking and the technician tried to fix it with epoxy, which didn't work and is going to schedule installation for a new one in the spring. This kind of attention to detail is wonderful!
