We have called Lake Cook Plumbing for a number of issues. They have come in a timely manner, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them. Our recent call started with overflowing toilet. Luigi responded to the emergency call and temporarily fixed the clog. Then, Casey came out to diagnosis and came back the next day to fix. On the day the pipe was being fixed, my oldest was sick and I had to take him to the ER. Casey was very understanding. He told me to worry about my son. He would get the pipe fixed and we'd settle up once I was home with my son. On the professional side, he was great at explaining the problem and how we needed to fix it. I would highly recommend them.
