Poor customer service
My wife had the worst interaction with Max who we believe is the manager. He was extremely rude and dismissive to her so she left a negative review on Yelp. Despite this, we decided to give them another chance since we apparently had a service agreement for twice a year service. My wife called to schedule the service some time in January and was transferred to Max (the manager). After realizing that she had given a prior negative review, instead of trying to fix the mistake, apologize and re-earn our business, he was a $@!#% again and told her to find another company. Max needs some serious customer service lessons. Maybe a class to figure out how to be nice to customers. I will be reaching out for a refund due to his refusal to honor the twice a year agreement.
