I have a service contract with them, and they come out twice a year to clear & service my system. They keep it in good running condition for me. the technicians are always friendly, professional, and efficient.
One hot day when my A/C wasn't working, I called them out of the phone book. OVER THE PHONE they gave me advice on how to reset it to see if that helped. It did! I switched to them when my previous A/C service company kept telling me that I needed a whole new unit. I had Around the Clock come out and asked them if I needed a new one. They told me my unit was old but was in great shape! They are honest and gave advice over the phone no charge - where do you get that kind of service?!? I signed up with them for the contract right away and dumped the previous guys. I have already recommended them to several friends who were looking for a good company.
