I thought the amount charged was overly high. I also had to call into the company 3 times to get my invoice/receipt. I then looked up the cost of the part, which was only $20-30. I was charged an outrageous amount. Plus after the 3rd inquiry, I finally got my invoice/receipt days after the service call. Then mysteriously my credit card number was stolen. So disappointed all the way around.
