Twin Cities Home Rental is a fabulous company. I found them when I was looking for places to live in my daughter's school district. I was able to complete the entire process from home on my computer. They do a video tour of the whole entire unit, every nook and cranny, and you can really get a feel for the place without physically being there. Then, you can submit the applications and pay the deposit through their website. And the application turnaround is amazingly quick. I sent it in on a Friday, and by Monday I was getting the keys.

Twin Cities were able to provided me with an immaculate condo with brand new appliances. And the rent is a steal. They have made me feel like an owner, rather than a renter. The whole experience was phenomenal. I worked with Brenda and Nick, who were second to none. If you are pressed for time, they make the rental process incredibly easy. I work from home and have two children, and I highly value my time. With Twin Cities, I was able to find exactly what I wanted with time to spare.
