We paid TCHR to find a tenant for us that they claimed they did a full background check and income verification on. Ater just under 2 months the tenant had continued multiple lease violations and damages done to our rental home and TCHR only sent a lease violation warning letter to the tenant. Wouldn't even consider eviction. Lease violations and damages continued by the tenant. We had to fire TCHR after 6 months to evic the tenants ourselves. What a major dissapointment. Please stay away from this company.
