We had a water heater that seemed to be on it's way out. Ben took the lead to reach out to the owner of our rental and discuss installing a new water heater after going over the symptoms of it and that no typical fix remedies had worked yet.
Within a day or so, he was out to deliver it, and installed the next day.
Ben has been out to our place for a couple of other minor things over the years, and he's always extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. Awesome to have such great help in our corner!
