We started using Twin Cities Home Rental before Nick was the owner, but we have dealt mostly with Nick. He has been very responsive and helpful. I think they have done a very nice job getting tenants for my property. We didn't lose any months of occupancy, so I am very happy with that part.

The only problem is that I am not too happy with their banking system. It seems to take a little while to get the money into my account. I know that is just their system, and doesn't have anything to do with Nick, but it is slow to get to me.

Other than that, Twin Cities has been very good. I got a lease in August two years ago, and last June those tenants moved out. We had new people in July 1st, so they marketed it very well. I have no problem recommending them; they do a nice job.
