I am familiar with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Downstairs in my home I was experiencing a bad faucet that was falling apart, so, I contacted the company and they were out to fix it on the spot. The plumber was very prompt; he got right to the point and was in and out. I would recommend this company.
